ALDHA-West Events - FAQ

1. How to pay for ALDHA-West events without using PayPal (e.g credit card, debt card)?

  • Select the event to register. Pick the number of tickets to purchase. Then select "Checkout"

  • Add the details requested. This is typically first name, last name, and email.

  • Add the required details for the tickets. This can vary by event. If you select"Same as buyer details" it will auto-fill from the previous step. Once done select "Continue"

  • Next select "Place order". Even though there is PayPal logo you can opt to pay with a credit card on the next screen/pop-up

  • On the pop-up select "Pay with debit or Credit Card"

  • Enter the required information and select "Pay Now"

 

2. If you are unable to change your email when buying tickets

  • If you are logged into the ALDHA-West site the ticket purchase will auto-fill based on your profile.

  • To change this information, logout of the site and refresh the page. This will blank out the first page of the ticket information.
